1. About Creovate Official

Creovate Official is a digital products business founded by Suresh, who serves as Accounts Manager and Digital Entrepreneur. We specialize in creating and selling digital products including, but not limited to, templates, courses, eBooks, design assets, software tools, and other downloadable or accessible digital content.

2. Definitions

• "Digital Product(s)" refers to any non-physical, downloadable, or online-access item sold by Creovate Official, including templates, guides, courses, graphics, software, or similar content.
• "Customer" refers to any individual or entity who purchases, downloads, or accesses our digital products.
• "Order" refers to a confirmed purchase transaction made through our Platform.

3. Eligibility

By using our Platform and purchasing our digital products, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
• All information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate and complete.

4. Digital Products & Licensing

4.1 Nature of Products

All products sold by Creovate Official are digital in nature. No physical item will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the product via download link, email delivery, or platform access, as specified on the product page.

4.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, Creovate Official grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or business use, as specified in the individual product description. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

4.3 Ownership

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our approved payment gateways.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues.
• Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

• Digital products are typically delivered instantly or within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation, via email or an account dashboard link.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact/email details at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
• We are not liable for delivery failure caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, spam filters, or third-party email issues.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a product has been delivered or accessed. However:

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the product is defective, not as described, or inaccessible due to a technical error on our end.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by valid proof of the issue.
• No refunds will be issued once a downloadable file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

9. User Conduct
